The Marketing Audit

The Marketing Audit is your starting point for businesses already launched. A deep-dive diagnostic that reveals where you stand today and what’s holding you back. We assess your marketing foundations, brand clarity, technology, and customer journey to uncover both strengths and leaks.

This isn’t theory. The Audit gives you a practical blueprint: a clear view of what’s working, what’s missing, and what needs fixing to unlock growth. Before we talk campaigns or budgets, we make sure the fundamentals are in place because sustainable performance begins with clarity.

The Massify Program

The Activation Fee is a one-time investment that sets the foundation for scalable growth. It covers strategy, systems, campaign setup, and the team you need to get performance-ready.

We don’t move blindly into execution. The Activation Fee is your launchpad a one-time strategic investment to get your growth engine ready. If your business isn’t structurally prepared to perform, we’ll identify those gaps during our Business Profile Diagnosis, because effective marketing only works when the foundation is built to support it.

  • 6-month Launch Plan with KPIs and Bi-weekly Reporting
  • Team Recruitment & Onboarding. (Designers, Marketers, Analysts as required)

After activation, your performance-based fee begins where we commit to a 6-month growth cycle because real marketing needs time to work. And we’re not here to gamble.

  • Paid Media Spend / Advertising Budget. (Activation may only include a starting test budget)
  • Platform & SaaS Subscription Fees. (For tools like CRM, email software, analytics, landing pages, etc)
  • Custom Branding or Visual Identity Design. (Logo design, typography, color palette, and brand kit are not included)
  • Product Photography or Videography
  • Packaging, Logistics, or Fulfillment Setup
  • Custom Integrations or Complex Technical Development
  • Legal, Accounting, or Business Administration Setup
  • Internal Team Training or Coaching Programs
  • Advanced Market Research. (Surveys, Focus Groups, Paid Panels)
  • Website Development. (Available as an optional add-on service.)

Our Performance-Based Fee is simple: We earn 25% of the incremental revenue we help you generate above your baseline or equivalent of agreed conversion value.

This isn’t just about running campaigns. We take full accountability for the efficiency of your marketing investment treating your budget as carefully as if it were our own. Every dollar you put into ads, content, and campaigns becomes the fuel for growth, and our job is to optimize and maximize its return.
